When our awesome farrier requested our easy to spook miniature horse be the picture for our Christmas card, I started praying for a Christmas miracle.  Bolt is a yearling that we have had since he was weaned but you would think he was pulled off the plains of Wyoming.

This past weekend, while my helpful husband was at the grocery store I set out to the barn armed with a camera, Santa hat and reindeer ear headband.  The weather was great and I was prepared for the long haul.  We think of our farrier like family and I was not going to let him down.  What happened next was our Christmas miracle – these are the all the pictures I took in exact order.

We used the last picture for our card.  Harry, this one is for you
